Tree Roots in Clay Sewer Pipe — Blackwood Court, Mitcham
Mitcham · October 2026 · Blocked toilet, same-day emergency
A 1970s–80s house with its original clay sewer line. Our CCTV camera found tree roots through the pipe joints in several places, the worst about 10 metres from the house. We cleared the full line with high-pressure water jetting and recommended a yearly camera check.
